Item #: RPC-121

Object Class: Beta

Containment Protocol: RPC-121 is to be kept together as a set in a cubic hypo-organic glass containment room measuring 25mx25mx25m and constantly surveilled from no less than 4 (four) diametric angles by Site-██-█ Closed-Circuit Television cameras. The polyethylene wrapping around all 9 (nine) components of RPC-121 is to be replaced once every 2 (two) weeks; unless testing is conducted, in which case the wrapping should be replaced immediately following the conclusion of the test. Site-██-█ personnel responsible for replacing the polyethylene wrapping of RPC-121 should conduct their duties not before the consumption of 2 (two) iodine tablets, and whilst equipped with no less than Level-5 hazardous material suits. RPC-121 is to be routinely power-washed with ███ in ██ M concentration every 2 (two) weeks in order to prevent the growth of ████████ bacteria on the surfaces where rusting has occurred. Due to the nature of RPC-121, any and all personnel interacting with the entities absent of their polyethylene wrapping should consume a regimen of ███████ anti-vertigo medication to prevent the unwanted expulsion of organic material into close proximity with RPC-121.

Description: RPC-121 consists of 9 (nine) entities designated RPC-121-1 through RPC-121-9. RPC-121 is a collection of 19██'s era iron patio furniture that was recovered from a barge, on which the ███████ nuclear device was detonated at ██████ atoll on ██ June 19██, by a group of 10 (ten) juveniles on ██ July 2001. The anomalous behavior of RPC-121 was realized by 2 (two) of the same 10 (ten) juveniles following the occurrence of incident RPC-121-α. RPC-121 was then secured by team MSF-████-█ from Site-██-█, with the detainment of the 2 (two) juveniles on ██ July 2001. The set includes 8 iron chairs, of sturdy construction and light wear, as well as an octagonal iron table. The chairs, designated RPC-121-1 through RPC-121-8, are covered with white lead paint and have an iron-mesh design on the seat and back. The table, designated RPC-121-9, has a single opening for a parasol to be inserted into as well as the same paint and iron-mesh design as RPC-121-[1-8] filling out the rest of it's usable consumption area.

RPC-121 displays the ability to transport organic material contacting it to a location specified by either spoken word or thought. The entities seem to perform the transportation using an artificially created gravitational slope, allowing the matter in contact with it to slide through and around the matter nearby. This hypothesis was tested and eventually theorized through the events of incidents RPC-121-β and RPC-121-█.

The abilities of RPC-121 seem to be a display of the melding of quantum mechanics and relativity, with most Site-██-█ physicists agreeing that the objects must have stored an immense amount of radioactive potential during the detonation of the ███████ device. Test results have proven to be safely predictable in both extrapersonal tests on fruit and small animals, as well as in intra- and interpersonal scenarios. Interpersonal tests have a safe limit of 3 (three) or less testing individuals before the cognitive separation begins to vary too greatly, leading to molecular degeneration in the participants as seen in incident RPC-121-█.

RPC-121 emits surprisingly low levels of radiation both during and after use, despite the history of the entities. Radiation equipment is still recommended due to the lack of precise knowledge regarding RPC-121's anomalous activity.

Addendum: Further testing of RPC-121 is required in order to pinpoint the exact method of transportation used by the entities; however, authorization for Authority use is being fast-tracked as a proposed method of both inter-site personnel transport and RPC recontainment.
